2. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates provided by Vivid Visuals are based on the information available at the time of the quote. Pricing may vary depending on vehicle condition, project complexity, material selection, design changes, hidden damage, removal needs, surface contamination, paint condition, or additional labor required.

Estimates are not final invoices unless stated otherwise. Vivid Visuals reserves the right to adjust pricing before work begins if the scope of the project changes or new information becomes available.

3. Deposits and Project Booking

A deposit may be required to reserve your appointment, begin design work, order materials, or secure project scheduling. Deposits may be non-refundable once materials have been ordered, design work has started, or shop time has been reserved.

A project is not considered officially booked until any required deposit has been received and confirmed by Vivid Visuals.

4. Customer Approval

For design-related projects, including vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, decals, signage, and custom graphics, the customer is responsible for reviewing and approving artwork, colors, spelling, layout, logo placement, contact information, and all other project details before production.

Once artwork or production files are approved, Vivid Visuals is not responsible for errors, omissions, misspellings, incorrect information, or design changes requested after production has begun. Additional revisions, reprints, or changes may require additional charges.

5. Color Accuracy

Colors may appear different between digital screens, printed materials, vinyl films, paint, tint, and finished installations. Screen previews, mockups, and digital renderings are intended for general visual reference only and may not perfectly match the final installed product.

Vivid Visuals will make reasonable efforts to achieve the intended look, but exact color matching is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

6. Vehicle Condition

The final quality and longevity of wraps, tint, paint protection film, ceramic coatings, detailing, and other services may depend on the condition of the vehicle or surface before work begins.

Customers are responsible for disclosing known issues, including but not limited to:

  • Repainted panels
  • Existing body damage
  • Rust or corrosion
  • Peeling clear coat
  • Rock chips
  • Dents or scratches
  • Previous wrap or PPF installations
  • Aftermarket paint or bodywork
  • Water leaks
  • Electrical issues
  • Loose trim, badges, moldings, or panels

Vivid Visuals is not responsible for pre-existing damage, weak paint, failed clear coat, rust, poor bodywork, or paint damage that may occur during normal cleaning, prep, installation, removal, or post-installation processes.

7. Wrap, Vinyl, and Film Installation

Vehicle wraps, vinyl graphics, decals, and paint protection film are installed using professional tools, materials, and techniques. Due to the shape and condition of each vehicle, some seams, relief cuts, overlaps, stretch marks, texture, minor imperfections, or edge visibility may be necessary or unavoidable.

Vinyl and film installations are not the same as paint. Certain curves, deep recesses, body lines, plastic trim, textured surfaces, damaged paint, and complex areas may affect adhesion, appearance, and durability.

8. Window Tint

Window tint results may vary depending on glass condition, age, contamination, defroster lines, seals, dot matrix patterns, and previous tint removal. Small particles, minor imperfections, edge gaps, or slight haze during the curing process may occur.

Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable window tint laws. Vivid Visuals is not responsible for citations, inspections, law enforcement issues, or legal consequences related to tint darkness or reflectivity selected by the customer.

9. Ceramic Coating and Detailing

Ceramic coatings and detailing services require proper surface preparation. Results may vary depending on paint condition, previous maintenance, contamination, scratches, oxidation, water spots, and existing defects.

Ceramic coating does not make a vehicle scratch-proof, rock-chip-proof, maintenance-free, or immune to damage. Proper washing and maintenance are required to preserve performance and appearance.

10. Paint Protection Film

Paint protection film helps reduce damage from rock chips, road debris, bug acids, and everyday wear, but it does not make a vehicle damage-proof. Severe impacts, improper care, accidents, chemicals, pressure washing, sharp objects, or neglected maintenance may still damage the film or the vehicle.

Some edges, seams, stretch marks, or pattern limitations may be visible depending on coverage level, vehicle shape, and installation requirements.

11. Scheduling and Completion Times

Vivid Visuals will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the estimated timeline. However, completion dates are estimates and may be affected by material delays, vehicle condition, design changes, staffing, weather, curing time, supplier delays, or additional work required.

Vivid Visuals is not responsible for costs related to transportation, rental vehicles, lost business, missed appointments, or other expenses caused by project delays.

12. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers should provide as much notice as possible when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Deposits may be forfeited if a cancellation or rescheduling request is made after materials have been ordered, design work has started, production has begun, or shop time has been reserved.

Missed appointments or late arrivals may result in rescheduling fees, deposit forfeiture, or project delays.

13. Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the terms provided on your invoice, estimate, or written agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, final payment is due upon completion and before the vehicle, product, or finished materials are released.

Vivid Visuals may withhold delivery of completed work until payment has been made in full. Late payments, returned payments, chargebacks, or unpaid balances may result in additional fees, collection action, or suspension of future services.

14. Warranty and Workmanship

Vivid Visuals may provide workmanship warranties depending on the service performed, material used, and project type. Manufacturer warranties may also apply to certain films, vinyls, coatings, or products.

Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by:

  • Accidents or impacts
  • Improper washing or maintenance
  • Pressure washing too close to edges
  • Harsh chemicals or abrasive products
  • Neglect or misuse
  • Road debris or rock chips
  • Scratches, cuts, burns, or punctures
  • Pre-existing paint or surface failure
  • Customer-installed products or modifications
  • Third-party repairs or alterations
  • Normal wear and tear

Any warranty concerns must be reported to Vivid Visuals as soon as possible. Vivid Visuals reserves the right to inspect the vehicle or product before approving warranty work.

15. Aftercare Requirements

Customers are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided by Vivid Visuals. This may include avoiding washing, rolling down windows, applying pressure, using automatic car washes, applying chemicals, or exposing the vehicle to certain conditions during the curing or settling period.

Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect results, durability, and warranty eligibility.

16. Personal Items and Vehicle Contents

Customers are responsible for removing personal items, valuables, documents, electronics, accessories, and loose belongings from the vehicle before drop-off.

Vivid Visuals is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.

17. Vehicle Drop-Off and Pick-Up

Customers must arrange timely vehicle drop-off and pick-up. Vehicles left beyond the agreed pick-up time may be subject to storage fees unless prior arrangements have been made.

Vivid Visuals is not responsible for vehicles left outside of business hours without prior approval.

18. Customer-Supplied Materials

If a customer provides their own vinyl, film, tint, coating, graphics, decals, or other materials, Vivid Visuals does not guarantee the performance, durability, appearance, or warranty of those materials.

Additional labor charges may apply if customer-supplied materials are defective, difficult to install, damaged, incomplete, or unsuitable for the intended application.

19. Use of Photos and Videos

Vivid Visuals may photograph or record vehicles, projects, installations, and completed work for documentation, quality control, marketing, advertising, portfolio use, website content, and social media.

We make reasonable efforts to avoid sharing sensitive personal information. Customers who do not want their vehicle, business information, license plate, or project shared publicly should notify Vivid Visuals in writing before the project is completed.

20. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with website functionality, copy content without permission, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

All website content, including text, graphics, photos, designs, logos, service descriptions, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Vivid Visuals and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

21. Third-Party Links

Our website may include links to third-party websites, platforms, or services. Vivid Visuals is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, policies, or actions of third-party websites.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vivid Visuals is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business, loss of use, transportation costs, rental vehicle costs, or other expenses arising from services, delays, website use, or project outcomes.

Our total liability for any claim related to a service or project shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific service or project.

23. No Guarantee of Results

Vivid Visuals takes pride in professional workmanship and quality service. However, results may vary based on vehicle condition, material limitations, maintenance, age, prior repairs, environment, and other factors outside our control.

No verbal statement, website image, mockup, or example project guarantees identical results.

24. Changes to These Terms

Vivid Visuals may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after updates are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
